Training & Assessment Services

All fees quoted, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of VAT.

Our NVQ monitoring service is invoiced in advanced at the beginning of each four monthly term (September, January and May). The fee covers two monitoring review meetings per term planned in advance on agreed dates and the complete term’s fees are payable.

L.I.T.S. central office must be notified by letter or email (enquiries@lits.org.uk) of any candidate leavers or transfers as soon as possible.

All queries regarding invoices must be raised with L.I.T.S. Main Office within 14 days of the date of invoice.

Organisations with candidates at different locations are treated as separate companies for the purpose of calculating monitoring fees.

Fees are in respect of monitoring services and do not include: course costs, registration fees, materials, scheme development costs or training advisor’s travel/expenses.

Fees are reviewed annually on 01 September.

If single candidates are reviewed at L.I.T.S. monitoring centres, the '2 candidate fee/head' rate is applied.

   

Short Course Bookings

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. A booking must be received by us at least 10 working days before the start of the course. On receipt of your booking request an invoice will be sent for the full amount, no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Once we have received payment your course will then be confirmed. Please make sure that if your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice that this detail is included at the time of booking. Late reservations will be accepted provided payment is made at time of booking.

L.I.T.S. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service and venue. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred unless you specifically request otherwise.

If you wish to cancel your course, the following charges will become payable. 30 days prior to commencement of course 0%. 14-29 days prior to commencement of course 50%. 0-13 days prior to commencement of course 100%.
